GETTING THERE
By Road:
Use the tarmac road from Nairobi to Kitale and Kapenguria and then for 67 km down what has been described as, possibly Kenya's most spectacular tarmac road. Leave the main Kitale-Lowdar road at our signboard 1 km north of the Sigor/Tot junction at Marich Pass, and continue southward for 1 km down a clearly marked track.
or use the adventure routes via Iten and over the all-weather Cherangani Highway to join up with the Kitale-Lowdar road.
or the track from Lake Baringo through the Kito Pass and across the Kerio Valley to Tot - the roughest of the three approaches and suitable for four-wheel drive vehicles only.
