Collective's partnerships listed above are all focused on delivering practical
activities together. The Collective also maintains a wider group of organisations
with which it co-operates through information sharing and other networking
arrangements. It is hoped that many of these will in the future blossom
into full partnerships through which we will work together to deliver
practical ICT4D initiatives. These Co-operating Organisations include:
- Newthinking
Communications - a Berlin-based agency for social communication
and consulting, specializing in topics relating to the Information Society,
and with particular expertise in open source technologies and strategies
- River
Path Associates - a knowledge consultancy, providing research, strategic
counsel, and creative solutions to public, private and not-for-profit
sector organisations.
- World
Computer Exchange - World Computer Exchange is a global education
and environment nonprofit that helps connect youth in 65 developing
countries to the skills, opportunities and understanding of the Internet
while keeping working computers out of landfills

London Knowledge Lab - a collaborative initiative by the Institute

Aid and Appliances Research and Development Centre (MAARDEC), Nigeria
- empowers people with disabilities through provision of innovative
and affordable mobility aids and appliances, and complimentary services
to ensure that they are socially, economically and politically relevant
in the society.
